Andre Crawford was an American serial killer and necrophiliac who terrorized Chicago’s South Side, specifically the Englewood and New City neighborhoods, during a six-year spree from 1993 to 1999. A Navy veteran who lived largely as a vagrant, Crawford brutally murdered 11 women.
