Angel Resendiz was a Mexican serial killer known as the Railroad Killer. Resendiz was executed on June 27, 2006. Original handwritten letter hand dated October 26, 1999 written written in Spanish from a friend who has included her lip print next to her signature at the bottom.  Resendiz has hand signed on the front at the top with a hand drawn star, Angel.
