Cesar Barone (born Adolph James Rode Jr.) was an American serial killer and rapist who terrorized the Portland, Oregon metropolitan area in the early 1990s. Barone committed his confirmed murders in the Portland metropolitan area of Oregon, specifically within Washington County. In early 2026, cold case investigators officially linked him to a fifth victim in the same region. He is also a primary suspect in a murder committed in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
