Charles Edward Case aka The Midday Rapist is an American man who would use the yellow pages to target stores where females worked alone. Chase would tie them up with electrical wire or duct tape. Released from San Quentin in 1991 after serving less than half his sentence, was shortly re-arrested, this time for the Father's Day slayings in 1993 of two bar patrons.
