Charles Rathbun is an American photographer who was convicted of rape and murder, suspected of killing six women. Rathbun is serving a life without parole sentence for the murder of model Linda Sobek. 8 1/2" x 11" one page CDCR Rules Violation Report in which Rathbun has pled guilty to having sexual interactions with another inmate.
