DeVernon "Doc" LeGrand was a notorious American criminal and cult leader who operated a fraudulent religious organization in Brooklyn, New York, during the 1960s and 1970s. Styling himself as a "Bishop," LeGrand founded St. John's Pentecostal Church of Our Lord.
