Donald "Pee Wee" Gaskins was an American serial killer known as "The Meanest Man in America" convicted of 9 murders and claiming to have killed a total of 110 people. Gaskins was executed by the state of South Carolina on September 6, 1991. 8 1/2" x 11" artwork Gaskins did on death row depicting a condemned inmate perhaps Pee Wee which would make this a self portrait, who is being served his last meal as it cooks on the seat of an electric chair.
