Garland Ray Milam is an American convicted murderer and drifter who became known in true crime media as the "Soul Sucker." In 2005, he was arrested in Nashville, Tennessee, and later confessed to strangling and killing other homeless men, claiming he had become "addicted to sucking the souls out of people" as they died.
