George Banks was an American mass murderer who carried out one of the deadliest shooting sprees in Pennsylvania history on September 25, 1982. A former prison guard, he murdered 13 people in and around Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, including five of his own children and their mothers. Prison stamped mailed envelope completely written by Banks with 8 lines of handwritten address, hand signed, George Banks.
