Henry Louis Wallace a former Taco Bell manager and Charlotte, North Carolina African American serial killer who killed at least ten women. Three page handwritten letter  hand dated December 31, 2017, New Year's Eve, which includes a list of names of people he suspects of collecting his stuff and having played him over the years, hand signed, Henry. Wallace has included his prison canteen receipt from December 2017. The prison stamped envelope has been completley written by Henry, hand signed, Henry L. Wallace.
