Aileen Carol Wuornos was a female serial killer who was executed via lethal injection on October 9, 2002.  4" x 4” first generation photograph produced from the original Polaroid. Wuornos is pictured with her childhood friend, Dawn Bodkins while Wuornos was awaiting execution on Florida's death row at the Broward Correctional Institution.
