Jack Owen Spillman III is an American rapist and serial killer from Spokane, Washington, who is widely known by the moniker "The Werewolf Butcher." Born on August 30, 1969, he is currently serving life in prison without the possibility of parole for a series of exceptionally brutal and ritualistic crimes committed in Washington state during the mid-1990s.
