Jerome Brudos was an American serial killer also known as “The Shoe Fetish Slayer” and "Lust Killer." 8 1/2" x 14" affidavit for Arlene Pond dated May 22, 1971 and hand signed, Arlene Pond with "Exhibit C" handwritten at the top. The affidavit states that Ralphine Brudos picked up ammunition cans which her husband Jerry Brudos left at their residence.
