Jerome Brudos was an American serial killer also known as “The Shoe Fetish Slayer” and "Lust Killer. 3 1/2" x 3 1/4" color photo of a childhood friend and his wife. Brudos has affixed a label on the front which reads, Dick & Arlene Pond - July, '78. On the back Brudos has written, Dick and Arlene July '78. This photo was among those in his personal photo album at the time of his death.
