Jerome Brudos was an American serial killer also known as “The Shoe Fetish Slayer” and "Lust Killer." 8 1/2" x 11" two-sided March 3, 1977 Report of Violation of Institution Rules where Brudos is alleged to have broken two rules; unauthorized possession of property and disobedience of an order. This was obtained from the personal property of Jerry Brudos after his death. All of the Brudos property and personal items offered here were obtained directly from his family.
