John Norman Collins who now goes by John Normal Chapman is an American serial killer who murdered 7 women at Eastern Michigan Universit between between 1967 and 1969 in the Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti area. Collins has been dubbed the Ypsilanti Ripper, the Michigan Murderer, and the Co-Ed Killer 8 1/2" x 11" five page letter dated October 21, 2012, with a hand drawn smiley face, hand signed, John.
