John Wayne Gacy aka "The Killer Clown" and "Pogo the Clown" who was convicted of murdering 33 young men and boys and burying 29 of them beneath his home and in his crawlspace in Des Plaines, Illinois. Gacy executed via lethal injection by the state of Illinois on May 10, 1994. 8 1/2" x 11" one page typed letter dated September 18, 1980 hand signed at the close, J.W. Includes original death row mailing envelope postmarked September 19, Menard, IL. This letter was written by Gacy shortly after he arrived on Illinois and sent to his trial attorney, Sam Amirante.
