Joseph Robert Kondro (May 19, 1959 – May 3, 2012) was an American serial killer and child molester known as "The Longview Serial Killer." He was convicted of kidnapping, sexually assaulting, and murdering young girls in Cowlitz County, Washington, during the 1980s and 1990s.
