Judith Ann Neelley is a convicted American murderer serving a life sentence for a 1982 kidnapping, torture, and murder. Convicted in 1983, Neelley was originally sentenced to death at age 18, making her the youngest woman sentenced to death in the United States at the time. In 1999, Alabama Governor Fob James commuted her death sentence to life in prison.
