Kenneth Bianchi is an American serial killer, kidnapper, and rapist who, along with his cousin Angelo Buono Jr., terrorized Los Angeles in the late 1970s as the "Hillside Strangler." Together, they were responsible for the kidnapping, rape, torture, and murder of 10 girls and young women between October 1977 and February 1978, leaving many of their victims' bodies on the hillsides of LA.
