Kermit Gosnell was an American abortion doctor and serial killer who ran a notoriously filthy, unregulated clinic in West Philadelphia known as the "House of Horrors." Convicted in 2013 of first-degree murder for killing three infants born alive and manslaughter for a patient's overdose, he died in prison at age 85 on March 1, 2026.
