Quincy Jovan Allen murdered at least four people in North and South Carolina.  In 2009, Allen and another inmate were charged with stabbing a prison guard. One page handwritten letter hand dated February 17, 2013, hand signed, Peace, Q. Includes the original mailing envelope.
