Robert Arthurson is a convicted murderer who is currently serving a life sentence in a Canadian federal penitentiary. He was convicted of second-degree murder for abducting and strangling 13-year-old Sarah Kelly in 1994 in The Pas, Manitoba. At a 2004 parole hearing Arthurson confessed to crimes against 16 other women.
