Luis Morales (also known as Synthia China Blast), a former Latin Kings gang member, was convicted on October 16, 1996, for the 1994 torture, rape, and murder of 13-year-old Ebony Nicole Williams in New York City. Morales was sentenced to 25 years to life in prison More recently known as Synthia China Blast, a pre op transexual and prison boyfriend of New York Zodiac Killer Heriberto "Eddie" Seda.
