Sandra Collins Good aka "Blue" a longtime member of the Charles Manson Family.  For a time after her release from prison she used the last name Collins. Handwritten note hand signed, Blue. The back of the note is entirely filled up with a handwritten PS. Blue has included a copy of a newspaper article titled, Sandra Good's parole area changed. The original mailing envelope is postmarked April 22, 1991, completely written by Good, hand signed, Sandra Collins.
