Joe Roy Metheny was a serial killer from Baltimore, MD who confessed to ten murders. Metheny was originally sentenced to death and had his conviction overturned. He was serving a life sentence at the time of his death on August 5, 2017. 8 1/2" x 11" one page handwritten letter with two drawings on the front. Metheny writes to the recipient that there's a taste of his dna for the recipient, hand signed, Joe aka Tiny.
