Lawrence Bittaker serial killer dubbed the "Toolbox Killer" and "Pliers." Bittaker was sentenced to death in March 1981 while his accomplice Roy Norris received 45 years to life. Bittaker died on December 13, 2019. Pair of socks sent in the early 1990's by Bittaker to a friend.  Includes an original Prison Industry Authority clothing tag hand signed, Lawrence S. Bittaker.
