Lee Boyd Malvo is a Jamaican mass murderer who, alongside John Allen Muhammad, carried out the infamous D.C. sniper attacks in October 2002. The pair terrorized the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area by randomly shooting and killing 10 people and critically injuring others over a three-week span.
