Patrick Baxter (born April 28, 1969) is an American serial killer who raped and murdered two women and a 14-year-old girl in Westchester County, New York, between 1987 and 1990. He was identified years later through DNA profiling and sentenced to consecutive terms totaling 75 years to life in prison.
