Phillip Carl Jablonski was a serial killer known as the “Deadly Urges Killer” who murdered at least 5 women. Jablonski died on California's death row in San Quentin State Prison on December 27, 2019. 5" x 7" painting of a blonde woman which was done on a flat panel canvas. Painted by Jablonski while he was housed on California's death row San Quentin State Prison before the condemned inmates were separated and moved to other facilities.
