Phillip Carl Jablonski was a serial killer known as the “Deadly Urges Killer” who murdered at least 5 women. Jablonski died on California's death row December 27, 2019. 8 1/2" x 11" handwritten order for a quarterly food box.  Includes the top portion of the original mailing envelope with 4 lines of handwritten address from Jablonski and hand signed, Phillip Jablonski. On the back Jablonski has written, Food package order inside, no letter.
