Phillip Carl Jablonski was a serial killer known as the “Deadly Urges Killer” who murdered at least 5 women. Jablonski died on California's death row December 27, 2019. 5 1/4" x 9" painting depicting John Wayne Gacy as Patches the Clown, his 1978 mugshot, and Pogo the Clown. Painted by Jablonski while he was housed on California's death row San Quentin State Prison before the condemned inmates were separated and moved to other facilities.
