Randy Kraft (born 1945), infamously known as the “Scorecard Killer,” “Freeway Killer,” and “Southern California Strangler,” is an American serial killer convicted of murdering 16 young men between 1972 and 1983, though investigators suspect he may have killed dozens more. Kraft became notorious after police discovered a coded “scorecard” in his possession believed to reference many of his victims. His crimes remain among the most infamous serial murder cases in California history.
