Ricardo Leyva Munoz Ramirez known as Richard Ramirez aka "The Night Stalker" was an American serial killer, burglar and rapist who terrorized California and committed at least 14 murders between June of 1984 until his capture in August of 1985. Ramirez died while awaiting execution on California's death row. 8 1/2" x 11" one page handwritten letter on scroll stationary date October 2012, hand signed, Your Friend, Richard. Includes the original 4" x 9 1/4" metered envelope which was sent to Ramirez by someone else who had self addressed the envelope. Ramirez has scribbled out their name and address and Ramirez has written the actual recipient to the right. Postmarked October 3, 2012 Oakland California.
