
Roy Norris (born 1948) is an American serial killer best known as one half of the infamous “Tool Box Killers” alongside Lawrence Bittaker. Norris endured a troubled childhood marked by neglect, foster care placements, abuse, and repeated instability before joining the United States Navy as a teenager. In 1979, Norris and Bittaker carried out a series of kidnappings, torture, and murders of teenage girls in California, creating one of the most disturbing serial murder cases in American history.
