Virginia Krall, 26, was convicted of second degree murder in August 2009. Jurors in her first trial deadlocked on whether she was sane or insane at the time of the crime. Last November, a second jury ruled she was sane. Krall broke into the home and fatally stabbed her neighbor in June 2006.
