Tracy Martin Edwards Unpublished Photo With Handwritten Note

Tracy Edwards who is the only known surviving victim of Jeffrey Dahmer.  After escaping from Dahmer, Edwards led police to his apartment.

5" x 5" unpublished photo printed on typing paper of Martin which includes a handwritten note and a smiley face to the right of his photo.  He has written, "Here's me a few years back someone sent to not its yours. :-)  I don't have any writing paper sorry hopefully I hear from you soon."
