Aileen Carol Wuornos was a female serial killer who was executed via lethal injection by the state of Florida on October 9, 2002. 

This is her last issue of TV Guide dated Oct. 5-11, 2002. Includes her complete mailing address printed on the cover. This item along with all of her remaining property was released to her childhood friend after her executio and includes a COA signed by Dawn Botkins.
