Angel Resendiz was a Mexican serial killer known as the Railroad Killer. Resendiz was executed on June 27, 2006.
 
8 1/2" x 11" three page handwritten letter penned on two sheets of yellow lined paper hand dated January 13, 2000 to Resendiz while he was in county jail awaiting trial. The letter is hand signed the close, Shelly.
