Angel Resendiz was a Mexican serial killer known as the Railroad Killer. Resendiz was executed on June 27, 2006.
 
6" x 9" one page handwritten letter from his sister hand dated February 4, 2000 which was sent to Resendiz shortly after his arrest and appears to be the first letter she sent to him after his arrest. Hand signed at the close, Julia.
