Lawrence Bittaker serial killer dubbed the "Toolbox Killer.” Bittaker was sentenced to death in March 1981 while his accomplice Roy Norris received 45 years to life. 

Rare 4" x 9" strange guy prototype card made by Bittaker while he was housed on death row at San Quentin State Prison. This opens up to 4" x 18" with a tab to pull that reveals the strange guy's tongue and reads, Happy Birthday!
