Charles Manson prison stamped postcard postmarked Feb 22, 2007 with the front filled out with Charlie's name and address by another inmate, Brian Healy. There is a sticker of Manson's eyes affixed to conceal the recipient's name and address. 

The back includes a beautifully handwritten note and hand signed, Charles M Manson.
In full he wrotes, "Thanks. Charles M Manson. That helped a lot. Easy."
