Charles Manson 8" x 5" card which opens to 8" x 20" which was made for Charlie with a photo of four Manson Women with their heads shaved and sitting on the street outside the courthouse in Los Angeles. Manson has scribbled out something on the front of the card.

On the inside Manson has drawn on top above his letter. Hand signed at the close, Charles Milles Manson.

Includes the original prison stamped envelope postmarked August 17, 2012 completely penned by Charlie and hand signed, Charles Milles Manson.
