Charles Manson original Musicians and Performing Arts Association card issued to Manson while he was housed at the Vacaville Medical Facility.

The card is hand signed by two other inmates, the sponsor, whose name we don't know. 
Clem was President of the Association at the time, yes, that Clem, hand signed, Steve Grogan.
 
Includes the original shipping with Manson's name and number written on one side of the box. His name and location also appears on the top of the sides of the fan.
