Arthur Shawcross child killer who paroled and went on to kill prostitutes in the Rochester, NY area. Shawcross dumped many of the remains in and around the Genesee river.
Clara Neal was an American woman Shawcross was having an affair with in the 1980's and who he later married in prison. Neal passed away in January 2009.
