Clifford Robert Olson deceased Canadian child serial killer.  Authorities in Canada agreed to and paid $10,000 to show them where each of his unknown victims was buried.
 
Approximately 8" x 8 1/2" article from what appears to be a publication of Star dated February 9, 1982 which was sent by Olson to a friend.

The headline reads, "Police pay mass child killer $90,000 to lead them to the graves of his victims.
