Dean Arnold Corll was an serial killer dubbed "The Candyman" who along with his teenage accomplices, David Owen Brooks and Elmer Wayne Henley tortured, raped and murdered at least 28 young men and boys.  Corll was shot and killed by Henley in 1973.
