Dennis Lynn Rader Wichita, Kansas Bind Torture Killer serial murderer aka "BTK" who was captured in 2005, three decades after his killing spree began..  

4 1/4" x 5 1/4" photo of Rader which is an early photo of him, and a copy which he sent to a friend, it is not an original 1960's photo but a photo of him taken in the 1960's.  Rader has hand signed twice on the front. Inscribed this to a friend and signed, Dennis 5/25/13 D.L.R. 
On the back he has written, Military Days - date? probably "1968"-69"
