Donald "Pee Wee" Gaskins was an American serial killer from Florence, South Carolina and dubbed, "The Meanest Man in America."
Gaskins was convicted of 9 murders with claims to have killed a total of 110 people. Gaskins was executed by the State of South Carolina on September 6, 1991.

3" x 5" drawing of a parrot which has been cut from the original mailing envelope by the original owner who was a friend of Gaskins and clipped his drawings and stored them in a scrapbook.
