Edmund Emil Kemper early 1970's Santa Cruz, CA serial killer.
 
Holmes Air fan which was owned in prison by Kemper. He got years of used out of this before sending it out in the 1990's. Kemper's last name and CDCR number are etched on to the fan.

written the recipient's name and address (obscured in the image) appear in Kemper's handwriting.
